The ordering system is provided by RestroSuite on behalf of the restaurant. The restaurant is the seller and your contracting party.
2. Orders
An order placed through the system is an offer to purchase the selected items. A contract of sale is formed when the restaurant confirms acceptance of the order.
Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
3. Fulfilment
- Delivery: orders are delivered to the address you provide, within the restaurant's delivery area and during its opening hours. Delivery fees and minimum order values, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
- Pickup: you may collect your order from the restaurant at the address above during its opening hours.
Estimated fulfilment times are indicative and not guaranteed.
4. Payment
- Cash: you may pay in cash on delivery or collection.
- Card on delivery/collection: you may pay by card where this option is offered.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
As prepared food is perishable and made to order, your statutory right to cancel does not apply once preparation has begun. If your order is incorrect or not of satisfactory quality, please contact the restaurant using the details above. Refunds, where due, are made using the original payment method.
6. Allergens and Food Information
Information about allergens and ingredients is available on request. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact the restaurant before ordering.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the restaurant's liability where it would be unlawful to do so. The restaurant is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to the restaurant using the contact details above and will be handled without undue delay.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the restaurant is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
